PAMPA - Mary A. Buzzard, 64, died Friday, Feb. 7, 1997.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Central Baptist Church with the Rev. Norman Rushing, pastor of First Baptist Church of Jacksboro, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Ms. Buzzard was born in Miami, Texas. She attended schools in Miami, West Hempstead, Pampa and Long Island, N.Y. She moved to Pampa in 1945 from Miami.

She was a member of Central Baptist Church and had worked in the nursery for more than 20 years. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kim Buzzard, in 1983.

Survivors include two daughters, Cheri Ray of Shallowater and Jana Meyer of Pampa; two sons, Charles Buzzard of Pampa and Daniel Buzzard of Austin; her mother, Evelyn Tingle of Pampa; a brother, Ken Coffee of Duncanville; two sisters, Shirley Brown of Mesquite and Evelyn Richardson of Carrollton; and seven grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Hospice of the Panhandle.
