Gary K. Anderson, age 54, passed away very unexpectedly from natural causes on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2008, at this home. He was born on June 22, 1953, in Cadillac, Mich. the son of Albin and Elizabeth (Brink) Anderson.
He was a longtime resident of Sun Prairie having been raised in Harrison, Mich. He was employed with UW Hospital and Clinics for several years with the pharmacy department. Gary served with honor his country with the U.S.A.F. and was stationed at Warren A.F. Base, Cheyenne, Wyo. In his spare time he enjoyed music and doing crossword puzzles.
Gary is survived by his sons, Andrew (Erin) Anderson of Madison and Adam Anderson of Minneapolis, Minn.; brothers, Dave (Carol) Anderson of Ozark, Ala., Ron (Pam) Anderson of Alma, Mich., and Bill Anderson of Vanderbilt, Mich.; sister, Ann Ogden of Houghton Lake, Mich.; very special friend, Judy Morris; and nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Beth Wall. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008, at 11 a.m. at the CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie.
Family will greet friends on Saturday at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
