"Mrs. Mary Catherine Mackley, Frederick, died Saturday afternoon, April 17, 1926, after a long illness, aged 73 years. The deceased is survived by the following children: Charles Mackley, Hanover; Mrs. Mary Jane Griffin, Middleburg; Mrs. John K Ridenour, John H. Mackley and Jacob H. Mackley of Frederick, and James E. Mackley, Washington, and one brother James Little, Michigan. The deceased had made her home for a number of years with her son-in-law, John E. Ridenour, at Frederick. She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church of Middleburg."
