Thomas Franklin Snow, son of the late S. F. and Mary Frances (Thorpe) Snow, was born at Arlington, Kentucky, July 14, 1871, and departed this life at his home in Piggott, Arkansas, December 26, 1959, at the age of 88 years, 5 months and 12 days.

In November of 1904, Mr. Snow was united in marriage to Miss Mary Ella Sullenger to which union 4 children were born. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife, Mary Ella; three sons, Harry V. Snow of Wilson, Arkansas, Ben F. Snow of Piggott, Arkansas and James M. Snow of Blytheville, Arkansas; one daughter, Pauline (Mrs. B. F. McDonald) of West Helena, Arkansas. Also thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Mr. Snow had been a resident of this area for 57 years. The major part of his life was spent in the field of Agriculture, until he was forced into retirement a few years ago, due to ill health.

He had been a Christian since early manhood and was a Baptist Deacon for many years. At the time of his passing, he was a member of Piggott's First Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church in Piggott, Arkansas at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 27, 1959, conducted by Rev. E. Clay Polk, assisted by Rev. R. C. Rogers.

Internment was in the Piggott Cemetery with Russell Mortuary in charge.
