Christian Pohl, 74 years of age, died on his farm north
of Centropolis, in Douglas County, last evening. He had
been sick only a short time.
The funeral will be held tomorrow forenoon at 11:30
o'clock from the church in Worden.
Mr. Pohl was a native of Germany. He had been in the
United States for 24 years. His wife and two children, a
son and a daughter, both grown, survive him
