Mrs. Dick Roos, 84, Hospers died June 19 at Orange City hospital. Funeral June 21 at 1:30 p.m. at the First Reformed Church, Hospers, the Rev. Richard Groenhout officiating. Burial at Hospers cemetery.
Mrs. Roos, former Anna Smith, born May 12, 1887, in Orange City. Married Dick Roos Feb. 10, 1905. He preceded her in death.
Survivors: children, Henry, Harold, Mrs. Fred (Janet) Brink, all of Hospers, Cyril of Sibley, and Mrs. Kenneth (Dena) Kimmel ofPrimghar; sisters, Mrs. Mattie (Alice) Kokenge of George, and Mrs. Henry (Dena) Hulshof Hospers; brother, Ben of Arnolds Park; 19 grandchildren, 41 greatgrandchildren, two great-greatgrandchildren.
