Mrs. Rose Fichta, 80, of Rt. 1, Denmark, died Friday evening at home.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Klein & Stangel, Inc.,
Funeral Home, Two Rivers, and at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church,
Tisch Mills, the Rev. Donald Feller officiating. Burial will be in the
church cemetery.
Mrs. Fichta was born September 20, 1883, in Bohemia, daughter of the
late Joseph and Mary Patrick Nema. She came to this country with her
parents when three years old and settled on a farm in West Kewaunee.
In 1901, she was married to John Fichta who died in 1919.
Survivors include a daughter, Anna, and two sons, Louis and Joseph,
at home.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Monday where the
rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.
