Mr. Chris Ableman died at his home in our city Saturday at 3 o'clock. He was taken sick just a week before his death with a cold, it was thought, but later on developed into pneumonia.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at the schoolhouse under the auspices of the Odd Fellows, and interment took place at Argyle.
By the death of Mr. Ableman, we will lose a kind neighbor and an honorable citizen.
Those left to mourn are, his wife, two daughters, Mrs. John Mason Jr., and Mrs. Hi Picket Jr., and three sons, De, Harry and Bert.
