Mrs. Blood always a great home body -- was a noble mother, an affectionate sister, a true friend and loved neighbor, as many will witness who knew her during her fiffty years in this city. To these friends and neighbors with whom she lived for so many years - to you for your presence and sympathy at the funeral service, her relatives wish to extend heartfelt thanks.
At the time of death Mrs. Blood was 89 years 9 months and 5 days old. "she came to herr gravve in a full age, like as a shock of corn cometh in its season."
Mrs. Blood's remains were brought to this city frm Sabastopol, Cal., accompained by her brother and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Proctor. The funeral took plae Monday afternoon, servives onducted at the grave in Greenwood cemetary by Rev. G. A. Bird.
