95 of Winchester, wife of the late Cecil Williams Arnold, passed away on Thursday Jan. 17, 2013 at the Clark Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Arnold was born in Clark County on March 10, 1917 to the late William "Bud" S. Thomas and Mary Ann White, She was a homemaker for many years and was a member of the First Church of God on Colby Rd.

Additional survivors include three daughters; Edna Hisle, Anna Katherine Tucker, and Virginia and "Lewis" Cruse all of Clark County; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and cousins. She was predeceased by one son; Cecil Arnold Jr.; brothers; and sisters.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:30 PM Monday Jan. 21, 2013 at Scobee Funeral Home, by Rev. Gary Brown and Rev. Paul Hollingsworth. Burial will follow in North Middletown Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rick Tucker, Paul Tucker, Bill Dawson, Chuck Hisle, Cecil Arnold, Bob Walters, and John Acker. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Arnold, Tim Smith, grandsons, and great grandsons.

Visitation will be held Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013 from 5-8 PM at Scobee Funeral Home. Memorial contributions are suggested to Hospice East.
