On November 8 1882, she was united in Holy Wedlock to Willard C. Field, and to this union were born two daughters, Mrs. Nellie Baton, of Detroit, Michigan, and Mrs. Edith E. Hurst, of Venango township.
She was survived by her mother, her husband, her brother Oscar Hammond, of Lowville; her two daughters, and two grandchildren. A sister, Mrs. Helen Henderson, preceded her in death.
Mrs. Field united with the Methodist church at North Java, N.Y. in early childhood and had continued a faithful worker and communicant in that denomination until her death.
