She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Nora Lindsey; her husband of forty three years, James Robert "Bobby" Blankenship, Sr., sisters, Christine Huffstetler, Nila McKnight, Essie Ball, Anna Belle Testerman, Katherine Baker, brothers, Lester, Gene and Kenneth Lindsey.
She is survived by her children, James Robert Blankenship, Jr. (Diane), Curtis Wayne Blankenship (Vicki), and Barbara Jean Lyle (Mike).
