Ila Dow Lile, 72, 1820 N. Lelia, life long area resident, died in an Amarillo hospital Tuesday afternoon.

The daughter of William and Geneva Ralstin, she was born Aug. 22, 1914 at the family home north of Guymon.

She was married to Lonnie E. Dow Nov. 2, 1939 at Liberal, Kan. Mr. Dow died in 1983. She was later married to Glen R. Lile at Salida, Colo.

Mrs. Lile had been associated with T.G.&Y. for more than 20 years prior to her retirement in 1980.

She was a member of the First Christian Church and was serving as Noble Grand of the Rebekah Lodge.

Besides her husband, Glen, of the home, she is survived by two daughters, Sandra Voth of Englewood, Colo., RaJeanna DeSpain of Guymon; two sons, Bill Dow of Guymon, Jay Lile of Amarillo, Tex.; four sisters, Irma Clemans, Rena Neff, Ovie Holland and Naomi Cawlfield, all of Guymon; and 11 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted from the First Christian Church of Guymon Thursday at 2 p.m. Dr. Jere Wells, pastor, will officiate.

Interment will be in Elmhurst Cemetery under the direction of the Henson Funeral Home of Guymon.

Friends may call at the funeral home at any time.

An Ila Lile Memorial has been established for the American Diabetes Association and Cal Farley's Boys Ranch. Memorials will be accepted at the Henson Funeral Home.
