Funeral services for Mrs. Lulu Johnson, wife of Arthur Johnson, who died at 3 a.m. Tuesday morning at her home in Kirklin, will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Kirklin Methodist Church. Rev. George Riley will officiate assisted by Rev. Lemke.

Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Johnson had been an invalid for nine years. She was born in Boone County, March 16, 1882, and was the daughter of John H. & Harriett Jane (Berry) Trout. She was married to Arthur Johnson, who survives, on February 7, 1902. She was a member of the Kirklin Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star.

She is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Howard Tate, Rockport and Mrs. Forrest Allen, of Kirklin.

A brother, Ira Trout died in 1938.
