Mrs. Maude E. Witty, 83, Vermillion,
Kansas died Sunday, October 6, 1974,
at Community Memorial hospital.
Services were held Tuesday afternoon
at the Padden Funeral home in
Frankfort,Kansas.
Burial was in the Vermillion Cemetery,
Vermillion, Kansas.
She was born May 18, 1891, and had lived
in the Vermillion community many years.
She was a member of the Mission Covenant
Church near Axtell, Kansas.
Her husband, Fred J. Witty, died March 17,
1960.
Survivors are a son, Dean E. Witty,
Cardiff By the Sea, California; a brother,
Ray Connet, Vermillion,Kansas; a sister,
Alta Steele, Bentonville, Arkansas; and a
grandchild.
