She was born in Russell Township May 23, 1904 to Lew and Lizzie Hays Benson. She was married to Earl Walls Nov. 1, 1925. She was a member of the Central Christian Church and
the Home Bureau, Lawrenceville.
Surviving are nine children, Clyde of Sumner, Noble of St. Francisville, Jerry of Crawfordsville, Ind., Kenneth and Randall of Lawrenceville, Mrs. Mary Lou Burgener, Dundas, Mrs. May Engel and Mrs. Wanda Dickerson, Lawrenceville, Mrs. Virginia Smith, Bridgeport; a half sister Loal
Burrell, Lawrenceville; half-brothers, Arnold Lytle and Fred Lytle, both of Bridgeport, Donald Lytle of Carbondale, and Melvin Lytle, address unknown; 35 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a half-sister and a son.
Services for Mrs. Walls will be at the Central Christian Church, Lawrenceville with burial in Pisgah Cemetery, south of Lawrenceville. The Rev. Robert Vincent will officiate. Visitation will be at the Emmons Funeral Home, Lawrenceville.
