DEATH AGED MOTHER IN ISRAEL

Mrs. Margaret Clark, widow of the late Frank Clark, died Monday night at her home in the 11th
district, following a long illness due to the infirmities of advanced age, she being 86 years old at the time of her death.

Mr. Clark, who was 87 years of age when he died last fall, was one of the best know men in that section of the county. He and Mrs. Clark lived happily and congenially together for nearly 60 years, spending all these years on the place where both died. Mrs. Clark was the mother of the entire neighborhood. Before advanced age crept upon her she was seen wherever there was sickness or distress, a ministering angel. She always carried sunshine into the sick room, and in her declining years she was shown every attention by grateful friends. She was the mother of Messrs. Will and Hutch Clark and several other children whose names we do not recall just now.

The remains were laid to rest Tuesday afternoon at Elbethel by the side of her late husband.

Dresden enterprise and Sharon tribune., September 24, 1920, page 1. Submitted by Michael J. Rea, #47214779.
