SMITHFIELD—Funeral service for Pauline Alford Parker will be held at 11 a.m. Monday from the chapel of Underwood Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. Steve Hall, pastor of Whitley Memorial United Methodist Church.Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
Pauline was the widow of Fred O. Parker who died in 1976.
Surviving son, Vernon D. Parker of Smithfield; daughter, Peggy Strickland of Smithfield; eight grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild....
