She was born July 15, 1934 in Lakeland, a daughter of the late Vernon G. and Callie McGowan Sirmans.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Eugene "Gene" Folsom.
Burial will be held at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens.
