Anton Hoehn, a prominent German farmer, two miles south of Ottenheim, died there Sunday night after a lengthy illness of dropsy. Mr. Hoehn was a native of Berlin, Germany, but came to this country, when a youth and after farming for some time in Wisconsin, moved to Kentucky, and has resided in Lincoln county since. He was a thrifty farmer and good citizen and leaves many friends to mourn that he is no more. His wife preceded him to the Great Beyond about a year ago, but he is survived by five children, Mrs. John Camenisch, of Stanford, Miss Emma Hoehn and Robert Hoehn, who lived at home and Albert and Bernard Hoehn, of Louisville. The deceased was a faithful member of the Lutheran church for many years.
