Carl Eric Carlson and Augusta Johnson
He married Alice Osenbaugh July 3, 1941. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He worked for Boeing Aircraft prior to and following the war. He returned to the Clifton area to farm and to carpentry work. He was a member of the Brantford Evangelical Covenant Church, where he taught Sunday School for more than 30 years, Covenant Church Men's brotherhood and the Gideons. He was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Alice Carlson of Clifton; three sons, Dennis Carlson of Clifton, Gary Carlson and wife Verlene of Clifton and Keith Carlson and wife Susan of Dassel, Minn.; two sisters, Austrid Kisby of Munden and
Daisy Carlson of Clay Center; one brother, Dean E. Carlson of Loveland, Colo.; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
