He served in the Army Air Force for 10 years and was honorably discharged as sergeant major. He was the oldest surviving member of 68 years to Local #440, Electrical Union.
J.B. and his family enjoyed the outdoors, including hunting, fishing and camping.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Edith in 2006, and his son, Tommy Davidson in 1981.
Visitation was Jan. 21, 2013 followed by funeral services Jan. 22 at Weaver Mortuary. Interment followed at Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Calimesa.
