Council Bluffs News - Mrs. Minnie Fries, aged 40 years, died yesterday morning at her home, 1011 Third avenue, from typhoid fever. She was a member of Oak Leaf camp, Royal Neighbors of America, and of the ladies of the Maccabees. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Cora Rand of Woolsey, S. D.; Clara, Margaret and Emma Fries, living at home, and two sons, Charles and William Fries, also living at home. The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the family residence and burial will be in Walnut Hill cemetery. Rev. Grant Lewis, pastor of the Fifth Avenue Methodist church, will conduct the services.
