Amy J. Clark, 45, of Glasford passed away Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at her home with her family by her side.

She was born Jan. 29, 1967, in Peoria to Harold R. and Connie (McCloud) Hash. She married Lyle E. Clark on June 8, 1986. He preceded her in death in 2009.

She was also preceded in death by her father and grandmother, Mary McCloud.

Surviving are her mother, Connie Saylor of Kingston Mines; three daughters, Patricia of Peoria, Amber of Bartonville and Brandy of Chillicothe; two sisters, Donna Kuntz of Glasford and Katina Crebo of East Peoria; and uncle, Alan McCloud of Kingston Mines.

Amy was a homemaker. She was an animal lover and liked to fish.

Burial will be in Kingston Mines Cemetery.
