Evelyn was born February 6, 1952, in Iowa City, IA, to Milo and Clara (Wagamon) Eckhardt.

Evelyn attended the First Assembly of God Church in Moberly. She enjoyed babysitting for her grandchildren.

Survivors include a daughter; three grandchildren, a brother, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
