Henry Anderson Haven was my paternal Grandfather. He married Verna Lurline Peyton. They had two children - Arthur Eudelle Haven and Jo Ann Haven Reynolds.
In later years, Henry and Verna were divorced. He then married Francis Sing. Together they had three children - Ronald, Ann, and Allen Haven. When Grandfather Henry A. Haven passed away, Ronald was (3) years old, and the twins (Ann and Allen) were (6) months old.
Before he passed away, Grandfather Haven asked my Dad to take care of his second family. Dad added onto our home, the family moved in, and we helped them as much as we could.
I wish I had known my Grandfather better, but I do not recall getting to spend very much time with him. Wait for me in Heaven, Grandfather. I want to have a long chat with you.
