Mr. Norris Raymond Vidrine, age 58, of Ferguson, died Monday, January 21, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Vidrine was born May 2, 1954 in Iredell County to Nilise Dominic and Geneva Parsons Vidrine. He was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. Mr. Vidrine was preceded in death by his father.

Surviving are his wife, Gail Walker Vidrine of the home; two sons, Brad Vidrine and wife Kylie of Taylorsville, Kurtis Vidrine and fiancée, Evelyn of Ferguson; his mother, Geneva Parsons Vidrine of Wilkesboro; two brothers, Lannie Dominic Vidrine and wife Diane of Denver, Lorne Anthony Vidrine and wife Nicole of Glendale Springs; two sisters, Regina Geneva Roten and husband Gary, Lila Elizabeth Wyatt and husband Tommy all of Millers Creek and two grandchildren, Siara Vidrine and Sophie Vidrine both of Taylorsville.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 o'clock Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Miller Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Paul Schronce officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Ferguson. The family will receive friends at Miller Funeral Service from 6:30 until 8:30 o'clock Wednesday night. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 4530 Park Road, Suite 240, Charlotte, NC 28209 or to Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 5560 Mt. Zion Road, Ferguson, NC 28624. Miller Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.
