Survivors include two sons, Jerry Schronce of Marion and Charles Schronce of Lincolnton; two daughters, Helen S. Helms of Lincolnton and Linda S. Chaney of Cherryville; a sister, Mamie Black of Gastonia; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
