Mrs. Loftin was born Nov. 22, 1935, in Yadkin County to the late Cecil and Octavia Church Beamon. She was retired from R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. Mrs. Loftin previously resided at the Jewish Home in Clemmons. She enjoyed crocheting.
Mrs. Loftin was preceded in death by a brother, David Beamon. Survivors include two brothers, Frank Beamon and Jim Beamon; a special cousin, Mildred Spry of Advance; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 23, at Advance Baptist Church with Chaplain Fred Moretz officiating. Eaton Funeral Home is serving the family of Mrs. Loftin.
