Wednesday evening at 6:30 o'clock at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. S, Damrell, northeast of Shelbina, occurred the marriage of their daughter, Miss Loretta, to Frank Springsteen, of near Kirby. The ceremony was performed by Elder J. H. Wood, of this city, in the presence of about fifty invited guests. The bride is an accomplished young lady and is highly respected by all who know her. The groom is an industrious young farmer of the vicinity of Kirby. We extend congratulations.
