She graduated from Douglass College - Rutgers, about 1932, earned a Masters in Clinical Psychology in 1954 from Temple University, and was certified as a Psychologist with the New Jersey public school system in 1970.
Her hobbies included basketball, bridge, and walking. She lived in seven different states: Nebraska, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan, New Jersey, Texas, and Washington D.C.
In her later years she was struck with severe Alzheimer's Disease, which ultimately lead to her death.
