Ruben Bailey Allen, 69, of Napier, died March 16, 1991, at Braxton County Memorial Hospital, Gassaway, after a short illness.
He was a retired farmer and a Methodist.
Surviving: daughters, Bonnie Allen of Napier, Thelma Kay Allen of Heaters, Carla Byrne and Nellie Conrad of Edinburg, VA, Donna Buckhannon of Flatwoods; sons, Ronnie and Mike, both of Heaters, Daniel and Harold of Napier, Ruben H and Glen of Edinburg, John of Woodbridge, VA; 16 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Service was held at 2 pm Tuesday at Stockert-Gibson Funeral Home, Flatwoods, with the Rev. Robert Robison officiating. Burial was in Little Kanawha Memorial Gardens.
