Virgie Hawk Radaker, 95, of Venwick Drive, Kittanning, formerly of Rimersburg, died Friday, November 7, 1986 at Wesley Manor Health Care Center.
She was born December 17, 1890 in Madison Township, a daughter of Lee and Viola (Willison) Williams.
She was married to Dale Hawk, who died in 1926. Her second husband, the Rev. Blair Radaker died in 1983.
She was employed by G C Murphy Company in Kittanning; and she was a member of the First Church of God, Woodward Avenue, Kittanning.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Arthur (Deretha) Mills of Kittanning; three stepsons, Grand Radaker of New Castle, Indiana, the Rev. Bruce Radaker of Connellsville and Paul Radaker of Newton Falls, Ohio; a stepdaugahter, Myrtle Lough of Warren, Ohio; a half-brother, Philo Williams of Kittanning; two half-sisters, Mrs. Florence Marshall and Mrs. Mary Stennett, both of Kittanning; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and several step-grandchildren.
In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by a step-granddaughter; a half-brother, Herbert Williams; and a half-sister, Mrs. Minnie Hilliard.
Services were held at 11 am Monday in the First Church of God, Woodward Avenue, Kittanning, with the Rev. Charles Sandstrom officiating.
Interment was n the Rimersburg Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were handled by the Bauer Funeral Home, Kittanning.
