Funeral rites for Albert Alfred Mann, 80, were held Wednesday morning in the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Devine with interment in the St. Joseph Cemetery. He died Monday in the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital.

Born Feb. 12, 1893 in Castell [sic], he had lived in Kerr County two years. He was a water well driller before retiring.

He is survived by his wife and a daughter, Mrs. Laura Pitts, both of Kerrville. Other survivors include two sons, two daughters, four sisters, a brother, 23 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
