Family Letter on Milton White
From Mrs Walker - 2001

Milton, as you know was married to Elma
Naomi (Omie) Fowler Rachel. They were married for about
3 years or less before he died. Both, Omer Rachel and
Susan Fowler White, died about 1948 and very shortly
after that Milton and Aunt Omie married. They lived
on one street over from where I lived and my mom still
lives, until Milton died in 1951. I thought he died
in Maud, but they could have moved to Witchita Falls
before he died, I can't remember. I know he is buried
there beside his first wife, Susan. Aunt Omie died in
a Texarkana hospital in 1970 and is buried next to
Uncle Omer Rachel in Center Ridge in Maud.

Omie and Milton were up in age when they married and
did not have children. All the children listed under
Omie are Rachels. I hope they were not listed as
Milton and Omie's children. The reason I know this
much, is because my mother was a Rachel and Uncle Omer
was her father's brother.
Mrs Walker
