Born in Turtle Lake, N.D., she has lived in the Oregon City area for most of her life. She married Clark Hoeltke in February of 1963. A successful business woman, she co-founded Clark Manufacturing with her husband in 1965. He preceded her in death in 2002. Virginia was passionate about bowling, bunko and pot-lucks. She is survived by her loving daughters, Raylene Ralston, Janet Cavett, Gayle Christenson and Ellen Allison; one brother; two sisters; 19 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 23 from 2-7 p.m. and a Funeral Service on Thursday, Jan. 24 at 1 p.m. both at Hillside Chapel in Oregon City, 503-656-4285.
