He was born on March 5, 2005, in Garita, to Al and Mary Boylan. He has ranched at Garita all of his life. He was owner of the Boylan Drilling Company in Santa Fe.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Fern; and his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Susie; five sons, George Boylan (and wife, Aneda), James Boylan (Barbara), Larry Boylan (Yvonne), Ed Boylan (Doris) all of Santa Fe and Tom Boylan (Eva) of Espanola; a brother, Frank Boylan of San Diego; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Burial was at the Boylan Ranch near Garita.
Arrangements were by Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari.
