Glenn R. Klinger, 701 Hanover Manor, died this morning at his home. He was 64 years old.

Mr. Klinger was born Nov. 8, 1906 in Harrisburg, a son of the late William and Cerilda House Klinger. Formerly of Harrisburg, he came to Carlisle from Lansford, Carbon County in December, 1969. He had been an employe (sic) of Pennsylvania Power & Light, retiring after 30 years service in Harrisburg and most recently in Lansford. He was a member of Allison United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sarah Hoffman Klinger; one son, Frank G. Klinger, Harrisburg; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Shumate, Miami, Fla.; Mrs. Glennette Bruno, Harrisburg; Mrs. Lois Evans, Carlisle; and Mrs. Gladys Carder, Germany; one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Arnold, Harrisburg, and 11 grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the G. Book Roth Funeral Home, Walnut Bottom Road at Belvedere Street. The Rev. Dr. Newton H. Frtichley (sic), his pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Friday from 1 to 2 at the funeral home.
