Services for Huston C. Crenshaw were held April 7 from the New Haven Baptist Church with Rev. J. V. Wilson officiating. Mr. Crenshaw died suddenly at his residence in Weir after suffering an apparent heart attack.
Mr. Crenshaw was born in Choctaw County, July 21, 1883 and married the former Miss Laura Franks in 1905. He was a member of the New Haven Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of Weir; two daughters, Mrs. J. A. Mitchell and Mrs. A. P. Watson both of Weir; one son, Lloyd M. Crenshaw of Weir; 7 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Active pallbearers were George Dean, Truly Simpson, Olen McPherson, Ed Rayburn, Elmer Mills and Bruil Simpson.
Oliver Funeral Home of Eupora was in charge of burial in the church cemetery.
