BELTON ? Services for Wilma Garner Wilbanks Hander, 91, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Belton Church of Christ with Joe Baisden officiating.

Burial will follow at North Belton Cemetery.
Mrs. Hander died April 2, 2004, in Garland.
She was born Oct. 20, 1912, in the Tennessee Valley community in Bell County, the second daughter of the late Frank W. and Daisie Heartfield Garner, pioneers of Bell County.

Mrs. Hander married DeLay H. Wilbanks of Belton July 16, 1938. He preceded her in death March 30, 1962.
On April 26, 1969, she married Nelson H. Hander of Belton, and he preceded her in death May 17, 1995.
Mrs. Hander was an active member of the Western Hills Church of Christ in Temple since 1965, Before then, she was a member of Belton Church of Christ since 1924.
She attended a one-room school in Tennessee Valley through the eighth grade and then attended Belton High School in 1925 before graduating in 1928 from Temple High School.

Mrs. Hander was a retired accountant and was well known in business circles in Belton and Temple for more than 60 years.

In 1962, she was named Belton Business Woman of the Year and was a past president of the Belton B&PW. She was also a member of the Bell County Farm Bureau, the State Pecan Growers Association, the Central Texas Dinner Club, the Belton Iris Society and the Belton Chamber of Commerce.
Mrs. Hander was a Cub Scout den mother and president of the PTA at Tyler Elementary, Belton Junior High School and Belton High School.

Survivors include three sons, Robert L. Wilbanks of Denver, Colo., William L. Wilbanks of Georgetown and James R. Wilbanks of Garland; a sister, Lois Martin of Belton; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Hander was also preceded in death by a sister, Annice Irma Garner in 1918.
