Elena Bell "Kennie" Ford Pressley

Elena Bell "Kennie" was born to Charles and America Guinn Ford and her siblings were William Lafayette, Charlotte Jane, Evelyn Cordui, Mary Caldona, Martha Savannah, Nancy Thatcher, James Thomas, Charles Bostian, Baby, Gano Eads, Lela Temple, Daniel Henry, and Ruby Earl Ford. Kennie was born and died in Milam County.

On December 13, 1911, Kennie married Harold Brainard Pressley. Together, Kennie and Harold had six children and they were Dorothy C, Mildred, Mary Evelyn, Harold Brainard Jr., John Howard and (living) is Pauline Pressley (McDermott).

Aunt Kennie was keen of mind and helped Evelyn Parker Hess with so very much of the family names and dates so that it could be written and down and shared with other family members. She went to many Ford Family Reunions.
