The will was probated 1 Sept 1856, Bond $26.000. Final settlement was made on January 6, 1859. Jesse Willoughby said no property belonging to the Estate of Nancy B. Willoughby had come into his hands except the Negro "Marinada" and her two children, Charles and Dave. Sara Ann Clemantine Willoughby and Thomas J. Willoughby, her children, both under 21, are her heirs at law. In the State of Arkansas, County of Union, the term of Probate Court in the town of Eldorado, Arkansas, Monday 24 Jan 1859, Jesse J. Willoughby represents he is Father of Sarah Ann C. And Thomas J. Willoughby, minors, under 14 years of age. that he has lately removed from Chambers County , Alabama to Union Co, Ark, bringing with him two minors and that he is the lawful qualified guardian of said minors.
