Sister of Robert Yunk;
Granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Yunk and of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Meindl, all of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Carolynne attended Clayton Valley High School in Concord, California.
Tragically, Carolynne lost her life in an automobile accident, along with two high school friends.
The funeral was held on June 30, 1960, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Walnut Creek.... along with her family and friends of the family, it was also attended by many of Carolynne's classmates and friends from Clayton Valley High School.
Carolynne Sarah Yunk was only 16 years old.
She is remembered by the families and friends who knew and loved her.
*Note: Carolynne's father, Arno, died in 1991 and is buried beside her.

A native of Wisconsin; aged 16 years.
Services will be held at Trinity Lutheran
Church, 2317 Buena Vista, Walnut Creek,
on Thursday, June 30, at 11 a.m.
Interment and concluding prayers at
Oakmont Memorial Park Cemetery,
Lafayette; the Rev. Ortwin R. Janke of
the Grace Lutheran Church, El Cerrito,
will officiate. Services to be conducted
by Hull's Walnut Creek Chapel, 1139
