This was my wife Denise's father...He was born and raised in the North End /East Boston. Growing up he attended local schools.. He served in France during WWII, where he met his future wife Yvonne (Blondeau). After the war ended together they settled in East Boston to raise their family of five. In 1968 he moved the family to the Beachmont area of Revere, which is still today the family home. His favorite holiday was Christmas Eve., which he did all the cooking for all of the family. Today, his traditions are carried on with his sons and grandsons, and Christmas Eve is still celebrated in the family home with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
