PIKE - Passed peacefully away Sunday, October 15th., at her home in Birch Hills, Bay Roberts, Mrs Brigadier Minnie Pike, age 78 years. Leaving to mourn her husband Wallace, three sons, Clifford (Labrador City); Howard, (St. John's) and Melvin (Springdale); six daughters, Jean (Bay Roberts); Winnie (Wabush); Marjorie (Toronto); Betty (New Glasgow); Maxine (Winnipeg) and Ferne (Bay Roberts); thirty grand-children and twelve greatgrandchildren; also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at the Salvation Army Citadel, Bay Roberts. Funeral service 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 17th. Internment in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Coley's Point.
