Janet Marie Taylor, 59, daughter of Hershel Harvey White and Neoma Irene Anderson White, was born Sept. 2, 1945, in St. Louis. She died Jan. 15, 2005, after a long illness.
She attended school in Madison, Ill., and college at Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, working on a degree in education.
She was preceded in death by her father; three brothers, Gerald Ray White, Harold White and Kenny White.
Surviving are her mother of Hartshorn; her children, Tracey Reynolds of Mount Vernon, Ill., Virginia Taylor of Glen Carbon, Ill., Richard Taylor of North Carolina and Barbara Taylor and Leigh McCown of Success; one brother, Donald White of Jacksonville, Fla.; two sisters, Karen Bathon of Houston and Donna Schweighauser of Rolla; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services were Jan. 17 at the Bradford Funeral Home Chapel in Summersville. Burial was Jan. 18 in Rector Cemetery.
