This burial based on the information from John's daughter Alice's will.

Partial transcript of Will of ALICE TUCKER FOUSHEE, written 13 Aug 1920...probated 1 Jun 1921....I give to my husband, A R FOUSHEE, to hold in trust for his natural life, the TINGEN TRACT of land given to me by him when we married. After his death, the said TINGEN TRACT of land is to go to my two brothers, JOHN E TUCKER & DR. E J TUCKER, to be equally divided by them with the request that MY FATHER'S LOT IN THE CEMETERY be kept in decent order by them...(she also left brothers furniture, books, and pictures of herself)...(parenthesis and capitalizations are by the transcriber)

This tract of land was apparently owned by the Tingen family at some point prior to the Alexander Rountree Foushee (husband of Alice)family acquiring it.
