Sam H. Odil passes away in hospital
Sam Henry Odil, 85 of Route 5, McKinney, died Monday in Wysong Hospital. He was born in Collin County May 13, 1884, the son of George and Bell Odil, and married Hattie Hicks in 1916.
Surviving are his wife; three sons, Doyle and Clifford of McKinney; Sam H. Jr of Princeton; daughter, Mrs. Truman Butler of Princeton and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Wednesday in Turrentine-Jackson Chapel with burial in the Princeton cemetery.
