Mrs. C. E. Mann, mother of Eli Maxwell and Mrs. John Ford, died this morning at 6:50 at the home of her son, Mr. Maxwell. The lady was almost 82 years old and had enjoyed good health until recently. Arrangements for the funeral which will be held some time Friday are incomplete.
