Emmett R. Amos 78 of Roanoke died January 7, 2013 at his home. He was born in Virginia on September 6, 1934 and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by a son Richard Amos. Survivors includes one brother ,Wendal "Winky" Beheler of Collinsville; two granddaughters; one niece. A graveside service will be conducted Thursday January 10 at 2:00 p.m. in Roselawn Burial Park with Rev. Dale Wilson officiating. There will no visitation at the funeral home.
